Prevent the drag'n'drop blocks in content area

Hi,

I'm quite new to EPiSeerver, so my question may seem a little bit silly. Is it possible to prevent content editors from drag'n'drop blocks in content area but keep a possibility to edit texts in existing ones?

You could try out to disallow all block types using [AllowedTypes] attribute. Not sure if this could workout. Linus has great blog post on this.
