401 Unauthorized when publishing changes

Is there anything in the logs?
And are you using Episerver Find? If yes then do you have permission to access it?

Ah it was that we configured Episerver Find on our web app. Thanks for pointer!

Hello all,
We have a strange issue when publishing content in our CMS. When clicking Publish Changes the we see a message saying "Something went wrong - The remote server returned an error (401) unauthorized". Weirdly the content is still published ok, it just like an erroneous error in the CMS. Also the issue only occurs once the site is published to an Azure Web app. We don't see the issue when running the site locally.
Has anyone come across this before or know the best place to start debugging the issue? I'm thinking it must be a Web App config thing but can't see anything in the docs about specific web app configuration.
